When will I get my order?
At Bare Skin & Herbals, we only ship on Mondays each week so be sure to place your order in advance to avoid delays.
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless you choose express shipping at checkout. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed.

What is your return policy?
At Bare Skin & Herbals, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it.
Please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
