When will I get my order?
We ship all domestic and international (other than Canada) orders via USPS Priority Mail unless you choose express shipping at checkout. If you're in Canada, we ship via UPS [hello@bareskinherbals.com].
Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed. Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to email [hello@bareskinherbals.com].
What is your return policy?
At Bare Skin & Herbals all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it.
Please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement. You will have to send an email to [hello@bareskinherbals.com] with the images, description of the damage and order information to request a replacement.
